bricklink loves that error when something is set wrong so for it to affect a
quote is a bit weird. for reference if you try to place a catalog change request
for a minifigure and anciently use the part selection then it gives that error
and similar so maybe double check you've been sent the quote and everything
else is normal

There is a button that says Place Order. When I click that I get the error. Not
sure what I can change. The other option is Cancel.
