Hi folks,
I need to open a Paypal dispute but have not been able to understand the form
to open one.
I don't really understand computer technology.
The form asked for: "Add a link to the product page'. What's that?

know what link and how to add it.

I don't know in US, but if they ask for some documents, print the order page
and communication (etc) as PDF files, and provide those PDF files to the complain?

Link to the store is fine, but of course link to an order or such private details
won't work.
