In the official instructions for this set, on pages 6, 11, 18 and 19 it shows needing one light gray "Hinge Plate 1 x 4 Swivel" for building each arm and each leg (so you need 4 total).

No, it doesn't. It shows two light gray 1x2 plates between the red hinge
plates on each of those pages.

I am sorry, but those images all show two light gray 1 x 2 plates being used
on the red hinge plates. Therefore, your requests will not be accepted.
