| I’ve lived in my apartment for over four and a half years. I know nobody has
smoked inside it during that time. Obviously, anything Lego I have wasn’t there
before that. However, it is not a smokefree building, so a previous resident
might have. Can I describe my apartment as a smokefree residence in my store
terms?

The point of declaring a smoke-free location is to give buyers the reassurance
that their LEGO won't have that odor when they receive it. If you don't
smoke around your LEGO and no smoke smell is wafting into your storage from other
parts of the building, then you are smoke-free.
