Does it have the LEGO logo molded onto the other side or anywhere?

It looks like a door to a cupboard but without some LEGO studs to measure it
by, I'm not sure how big it is.

You are correct, however, it appears that the thumbnail generation for at least
this particular post is not working. That part has a thumbnail in yellow, and
you used the color tag correctly, but the "no image" thumbnail shows
up.
