BrickLink and PayPal yesterday.
I'm in Australia, that's the only reason I can imagine why your PayPal
notifications would not get sent out, if you're in a region where notification
of payment has different legal obligations on PayPal's part.

I use to get paypay on all orders. Untill a week maby 2 weeks..
I do get email notifications from Bl.
On brickowl i get email notification from paypal as well as brickowl.
But since the beginning from my store almost a year back i did get app notice
from paypal app that seems to be gone..

For orders paid via Instant Checkout ? I have not seen any PayPal notifications
on those for a very long time.

For orders paid via Instant Checkout I don't think we ever receive any
from PayPal.
But we do receive a few from PayPal / Stripe when off site payment (rare here).
And of course from BrickLink, WL notifications, Instant orders, Orders, copy
of Invoices, "You've been paid: order bla bla", VAT invoice (UK)
or GST (AU), tickets, etc.
We do receive everything - but no news and annoucements which are sent by mailchimp
or so, I opened a ticket about this

BL email+ paypal email + paypal app payment notification)
