Is anyone else having issues with transferring funds from PayPal to your bank
account right now? I continually get an error saying, "can't complete
this transaction right now". This has persisted for multiple days now. Does
anyone have experience with this issue?

Just checked by running a transfer (free 3-day, not instant), worked fine. Which
is not that helpful beyond narrowing it down some for you, sorry.

Is your PayPal business or personal ?

Is this an instant (with a fee) or normal ACH (free) transfer ?

I have a personal account and was attempting to use the free transfer to a bank
account, which has always been successful in the past. I kept not having any
success, and then suddenly this morning after another attempt I was able to start
the transfer process. No rhyme or reason why I wasn't able to do it previously
or what the issue going forward might be.

I appreciate everyone's attempts to figure this out.
