Just checked by running a transfer (free 3-day, not instant), worked fine. Which
is not that helpful beyond narrowing it down some for you, sorry.

I have a personal account and was attempting to use the free transfer to a bank
account, which has always been successful in the past. I kept not having any
success, and then suddenly this morning after another attempt I was able to start
the transfer process. No rhyme or reason why I wasn't able to do it previously
or what the issue going forward might be.
I appreciate everyone's attempts to figure this out.
