It looks like I may have to finalize my first and only NSS that I filed a while
back. However, this seller seems like they are going to take a hostile approach
due to the tone of their emails and refusal to make my order right or refund
any money.
My question is this, does finalizing the NSS administratively prevent the seller

That’s listed as a valid reason to ask for removal of the feedback. So it could
seem that it’s not automatic but the line just above says the same for NPB, and
that is automatic.

My understanding is that it doesn't prevent the seller from leaving feedback
but it gets automatically deleted when the daily maintenance is done. And once
it's deleted it can't be left again.
