I just build the set 10236 and I could not find those parts ("Red Hot Dog" and "Reddish Brown Bar 3L" as extra parts, only as regular parts in the listed quantity.
Also at Rebrickable those parts are not listed as "Spare Parts".

Later copies of this set had these additional extra parts, so this request will
not be accepted.
