Thanks for letting me know! I didn't realize LEGO doesn't provide the
item number.

Most (all?) parts have a PCC (part color code) and element ID. But minifigures
aren't parts, in fact as far as I know they, unlike sets and parts, they're
not assigned numbers by Lego at all.
