* Change {4 to 3} Part Black 4032 Plate, Round 2 x 2 with Axle Hole

Pages 20, 29, and 36 in the instruction manual are the only instances of this part. Quantity should drop from 4 to 3.

Page 10 in the instructions another is used, so there is in fact 4 used in the
set.

This request will not be accepted.
As already stated by another member, there are four used in the set, and the
official LEGO inventory data confirms this.
