| The last 3 orders I received have insurance requsested.(red box around insurance).
These are all low value orders, no reason to be insured. They have all been paid
but no insurance fee associated with the orders.
Is this a possible glitch with the new postal service?

I don't see how the USPS changes could possible affect us here on BL as there
is no interaction between the two sites.
I looked at your shop and the check boxes for Insurance is included and Tracking
is included were filled in for both First Class and Priority mail.

| Hey,
The check boxes were at the end of the checkout process and looked just like
what wildchicken13 posted in this thread.

I think it is a problem with your store shipping methods. I just put some items
in my cart and tested your store checkout process.
It seems that for First Class, insurance is required, but there is no charge
for it. The same is true for Priority Mail if the order total is less than $100.
So, these buyers may not actually want insurance, but they have no choice.
To change that, go to your store settings, choose Shipping and then USPS
First Class, then scroll down to where it says Insurance & Additional
Charges and change Insure orders from By default to By request.
For Priority Mail, if the order total is greater than $100, then insurance is
optional but not free.
I hope that helps.
