Hi,
I received a package which was damaged through the delivery process. Unfortunately
some Sets where damaged too. I am not sure if I should send the Sets back or
keep them. (I want to sell them later on).
So my question is what are acceptable and tolerated damage to sets for future
Sales to Collectors?
Pictures added.
Thanks for your opinions.

Best regards
Balu

To be honest, the damage in your images appears very minor.

When you purchased these from the seller, were they advertised as having a box
in perfect condition? Did you communicate with the seller that the boxes were
a high priority for you?

Otherwise, I don't see anything out of the norm from what I would receive
from LEGO and note as 'shelf wear' if I were reselling.

When accepting a package from the shipping company its very important to check
the package for any evidence of damage in transit, and not it on the acceptance
form. Doing so gives the shipper recourse with the freight company for such
damage. Or refusing to accept seriously damaged packages also helps the shipper
claim for damage in transit. It's more difficult afterwards but possible,
provided you keep all the packaging and take pictures.
