I'll be in London for four days from July 7th to 10th and I plan to drop
into the Leicester Square store. For all the locals, are there any store exclusives
I should pick up while I'm there? Feel free to mention your BL stores as
well if you're willing to meet up at the store on July 8th or 9th.
I was really disappointed there wasn't more in the way of exclusive stuff.
The min figure IIRC was a City Business man type. The Palace Guardsman was available
in Hamleys (massive toy shop on Regent Street, good if you want other non-Lego
brand toys too).
When going to the Lego store itself on a Sat or Sun earlier in the day the better,
the queue can get very long outside the shop.
Enjoy the trip.

This is a downside of the no regional exclusives policy. Nothing interesting
worth looking for. It is a shame. I t would be great if every store had something
simple, like an exclusive tile or brick with the store name and maybe a stereotypical
minifigure.

The exclusive guard polybag is worth picking up if Hamleys still do it. The rest
of their LEGO is usually over RRP and best avoided.
