I just uploaded the inventory for the 5007866/6469488 Taco Stand, but it is missing
a unique printed tile and its minifig cause they are new and dont exist yet in
the catalog.

I have also submitted this new part and fig couple days ago, but are still pending
approval; can the inventory still be approved like this or do I have to wait
for the part and fig to be first approved and then submit the complete inventory?

First time trying to do this so I have no idea what to expect. Also, how long
does this normally take? I was waiting for the set (cataloged by someone else
a month ago) to be approved, but yesterday somebody else re-cataloged it and
it got approved today so I'm confused.

Yes all items required for the inventory must be completed before an inventory
is approved. Stickered parts don't need to be added right away but pretty
much everything else does (including the minifgiure inventory for the set to
be approved if i remember I think they were thinking about it not sure if it
ever went thru tho)

for non-major items it can take a while. I've had parts take a couple days
up to half a year to be approved so patience is key as its only a small group
who handles everything

The 2 new items you have submitted look good. In my experience, most new parts
are approved within about a week so please be patient.

Your inventory will be approved after it is complete and verified by one of our
admin. You will also need to submit the parts for and complete the minifig inventory.
You can check the PCC codes (usually a seven-digit reference code) for those
parts from the instruction booklet and see if they are already in the BrickLink
catalog.

Since the data and instructions for this set do not appear to be available online,
I think it would be very helpful if you could scan or photograph the list of
parts from the instruction booklet so the admin have this a reference.

I suspect the set was approved recently after your Forum post provided some missing
information about it. Promotional sets like these usually have several codes
on the box. The number it has now is the one used whenever possible.

Thanks for submitting to the catalog! If you have any more questions, feel free
to ask here or send me a message. I am always happy to help new submitters.

Thanks,
