Didn't see those, thanks. Try to buy the Kirkland brand when possible, usually
a better value.
As to "eat as many as you like" I'm sure there some that actually
do eat too many, especially youngsters. I wonder if the company factors that
into their formula? Now I'm curious about the ingredients and efficacy as
a vitamin supplement. I was lazy and just bought without checking first. Better
do that now, I suppose.
A young lady has assured me, with the charitable confidence of an aged drug dealer,
that our bodies are like vitamin clouds releasing raindrops when needed.
Who knows! I'm content with two a day and a little Vitamin D.
Never was into taking supplements myself, until my daughter initiated that regiment
for me a few years ago. So, what I've been commanded to take daily is a
multi for men, 25mcg of D3 and 360mg of Omega-3 via Fish Oil capsules.
Very reasonable. I slip the Omega-3s in through smoked salmon (1 cup brown sugar,
1/3 cup kosher salt brine, followed by spices). And some whiskey (and a dropper
of fresh birch/maple water, if available). Half joking.
None of which help maintain as an aging man, my testosterone levels For that
I exercise with weights and hike with a 20kg pack for cardio benefits.
