When reviewing Wanted list, parts from My Collection are not showing, even though
they've been configured to be considered.
When calculating buy options, parts from My Collection are not being considered,
even though they've been configured to be considered.
New to site, so perhaps I've missed something, so any assistance would be
appreciated.

Unless something changed (but I can’t find anything about it) and by “have been
configured,” you mean something else than “I populated My Collection,” the new
My Collection feature is still not a good solution to manage a personal inventory.
There’s no way to compare it to a Wanted List (search a WL in MC or show MC in
a WL).
There’s no way to modify it from a WL (pick from MC with a WL) or from an order
(add the order to MC).
There isn’t even a way to simply estimate MC’s value….
We still need to use third-party tools, like BrickStore (application) or Rebrickable
(website).
BTW, your work is not lost: you can download your collection (via the Import/Export
button in My Collection) and the tools mentioned above should be able to import
it.
