They remind me of BanBao ToBees. I have one of these figures in my box'o'clones.
Pretty sure it's some Chinese LEGO clone without much value.

They look like the cheap generic not-quite-the-same-as-LEGO minifigures sold
in cheap stores. The legs are different, but we have stores here that sell boxes
of 50 for about £10-15 or so.
