I recently bought a motion Pikachu set from Mega Mattel, but unfortunately i
couldn't finish it, one part got burned and the other part went missing.
I started to sell the flawed set for 50% of the original price, but some people
suggested that I'd rather buy the missing parts. What should I do? Where
can I sell it the fastest?

You'd probably best contacting Mattel to request the missing parts or use
eBay/CraigsList Gumtree, Facebook Market Place etc. etc. to sell.
