The correct URL is either
https://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp?orderType=placed (you’re the buyer)
or
https://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp?orderType=received (you’re the seller)
otherwise the page returns a server error (which is not the error you’re having,
so something else is wrong here).

(And would you mind not cancelling/reposting your messages before anyone has
time to answer? )
