I have a customer that placed an order and paid for shipping. They would now
like to add items. How do I process this request? I have been around a while
but this is a new request since I reopened and the website offers to handle shipping
fees. Thanks!

You can either cancel their payment and let them add another batch to the order
then pay again (costs you in PayPal fees). Or allow them to place another order
and manually invoice it with no extra for shipping (or more to cover the difference
if the price will have gone up).
