This Part is Not an extra Part Thai is only 1 time in the polybag for the Minifig and Not a Second on as extra

I got an extra of this in both packets I opened of her, hence why I added it
as an extra. I guess some packets didn't get one though. Maybe a note is
needed to say that you may or may not receive an extra of the part.
That's up to an admin though.

I got an extra of this in both packets I opened of her, hence why I added it

The definition of an extra is that you may or may not receive it. We are not
going to add that note to every set in the BrickLink database.

I open 8 polybags and in no one was this as an extra Party i think in your Bags
is was only an fault Form Lego Packing.

I have opened hundreds of collectible minifigs, some with capes. Only once or
twice there were two capes instead of one. I believe these capes are packed manually
and any extras should be considered an error. The weight of the cape may be too
small for LEGO to notice an extra during weighing.
