You can only give or receive feedback for an actual order. You need to buy products
from sellers here and earn that positive feedback — BrickLink wants to
know you can complete a transaction

Buy something from another seller and pay right away. Most buyers will leave
feedback then as well.
Once you have enough feedback you can apply for a store here and then you can
sell your LEGO here as well.

I noticed you haven't left feedback for anyone else either. If you have
made any purchases here you can usually get feedback. I know it probably feels
like "It's not fair" but you have to pay some dues so to speak before
people will trust a zero feedback seller. I don't blame them. A zero feedback
buyer will soon have a decent feedback rating, it's the way of the beast

I should have looked closer at the question I have just sussed out the problem.
Are you even a seller on here? Do you have a Bricklink store?. You will not
be able to sell LEGO unless you go through the steps of becoming an official
"seller".

Problem solved. Now I will move on to tackling the next big world problem "Why
must we do it in the road?"
