Shouldn’t the minifigure from Item No: 912302-1 have its own SW number given
that it comes with just the helmet and no hair?

As far as I can see the only difference between sw1220 and sw1255 is that sw1255
doesn’t come with just the hood and without the hair piece would follow the same
logic? If not then I can’t see why sw1255 is its own sw number?

Minifigures in the catalog are based on how they are shown built in set instructions,
and they do not contain any extra hair pieces or helmets included with the sets.
