I keep getting the PayPal API error when I try to pay. Has anyone figured out
exactly why this happens? I am trying to make an international purchase and
the store owner is unsure as to why it is happening also. Can anyone help us
to figure out how to resolve this so that we can make the transaction? Thanks!

I had the same problem.
I tried a few times but impossible for me to pay with Paypal for the moment.

Are you trying to pay in a currency the seller does not accept?

If you are paying in $ and the buyer only takes € for example the payment won't
go through.

No, the seller says that she will accept dollars and that is what I am paying
in. No, my paypal account isn't overdrawn. Any other suggestions?

I have had this problem! I have had to cancel all my orders!
