| So I needed two stickered parts to complete a set. I bought them and they arrived
and both the stickers are misaligned massively. (Circular tiles.)
So I've researched lots of ways to remove stickers, lighter fluid, rubbing
alcohol, heat, but I don't want to damage the sticker as I want to remove
it, then put them back on in the correct orientation.
Anyone done this? How did you do it without damaging the sticker?
Thanks in advance.

AS long as they aren't off the part (so no dirt is on them) I take an e-xacto
blade and carefully slide it under the sticker to remove and reposition them.
Be careful not to cut the sticker.

Yes, this. Small blade to lift the edge. Blunt tweezers to give it a gentle pull.
Wipe the part really clean and check for dust on the reverse side of the sticker
before you reposition.
This all doesn't work so well with transparent stickers though.

The only time that I've had good results is when the sticker is first applied
prior to living on the part for an extended time. Any attempt after the I've
found that the adhesive usually doesn't hold up well. I've used an x-acto
knife to pull them off, but the reapply doesn't usually hold up over time.

Use glue or double sided tape if you want an old sticker to survive when reapplied.

| I’ve used body heat to move/remove stickers.
Hold your thumb on the sticker for a few minutes, may need to hold longer if
not successful first time, then gently push the sticker to where you want it
using same thumb.
Difficult on larger stickers but gentle applied heat works for me.
Note that some modern stickers break up easily if you try to move or remove
them just like security price stickers.

Warm water should be the only response to this?

Thank you for all the suggestions.
I ended up using the hot coffee trick i found on google. hold the sticker against
the side of your coffee for a few minutes, then carefully peel it off. they
will restick if you get them back on quickly
