| Hi,
I'm trying to set up international shipping for First Class Mail International.
I used to ship to selected countries but this was before tax/VAT was collected
by Bricklink. I've only added a shipping method for First Class Mail International
for which minimum purchase is set to $10 and maximum is set to $60. I do not
have any other shipping methods but may add more later.
The buyer is trying to place an order around $20 and is getting the following
error message:
Seller does not support orders with delivery to the Czech Republic if the total
value of the item is equal to or less than 150 EUR (~165,86 USD)
As the order is less than EUR 150, Bricklink would collect the VAT.
Does anyone know what is causing the above error message and if there is anything
that I need to do?
Thanks in advance for your help and time!
- Hanne

| You likely need PayPal onsite for users outside of USA. |

Or Stripe. Anything that’s onsite so that BL can add and collect import VAT.
Your buyer gets that message because the checkout process removes all shipping
methods that aren’t associated with an onsite payment method when BL needs to
collect taxes. So it removed all your shipping methods and the buyer was left
with none.
Above €150, the VAT is collected at reception, not by BL, so you can still ship
with your offsite methods. Hence that mention of €150 in the message.
And remember that the IOSS number BL will give you needs to be transmitted _electronically_.
Not all shipping services allow that.
