The buyer said they were in Oregon, now I find out they are not. Is there any
rule in the TOS that forbids this?
Just needed to vent, so frustrating!

Sorry to hear John, but ish happens.
Please explain how this resulted in a negative if they do live in Oregon?
Maxx
Maxx,
I am not sure I understand your question.
Oregon is home to a lot of freight forwarders, since we do not have sales tax.
Their address did not have the usual signs of a fright forwarder (letters/numbers
after the name) so I shipped the order. Looks like they received it recently
and now my first neg.

You answered exactly what I meant, if they aren’t in Oregon, what happened.
But now I understand, they used a freight forwarder.
A shame you got the blame for the shipment.
Maybe try and sort it out with the buyer?
Good luck,
Maxx
P.s. or leave it be and move on, everyone can see your great feedback
