| Hello.
I have had the store closed for a while and opened up recently.
And I discovered that onsite payment was not mandatory anymore so for domestic
I chose only an offsite payment method.
However it is not working anymore for me. I got a couple of domestic orders with
the offsite payment and suddenly a buyer contacted me and apparently checkout
was not possible anymore "Store has no payment option". This was last
week. I added PayPal onsite then so the buyer could checkout.
Offsite payment methods is available to choose for me in store settings but they
don't show up to the buyer. However this morning it popped in a domestic
order which had the offsite payment opted. When I give the checkout a look right
now offsite is not available for domestic in checkout. So it worked temporarily
this morning.
I contacted BL service last week but I guess it can take a while before they
answer. Any knowledge in this issue?

If BrickLink is collecting any tax or VAT for your orders, then payments must
be made with an Onsite method.

No VAT for domestic and no VAT for intra-EU.
So, not only should offsite work for Swedish buyers but also for EU buyers.
Maybe something wrong in the shipping methods or templates? Try to remake them
from scratch?

Correct, no VAT is collected, domestic Sweden.
I have 2 shipping domestic options and both gives the same result.
But thanks for your tip I will try to delete and remake shipping and payment
templates. Don't have the time right now and its at least working with PayPal
onsite. This weekend Ill give it a try If the issue hasn't resolved itself,
as said it looks like it worked temporarily this morning since I got an order
via offsite payment.

I think I forgot to take that into account. Check the items: maybe they didn’t
fit in the conditions for the shipping methods (no dimension/weight or something
like that).

and I have only a few restrictions, like max parts value on one of the methods.
The other shipping method is only max 2 kgs nothing else. And its not the shipping
methods its complaining about but as you say they might be connected somehow.
And orders have gone through occasionally.
I'll take it into consideration when I have time to redo it.
Hope to get back soon with a found error or something else..

Do you have Seller protection enabled? With that checkbook ticjed new members
can only checkout wit PayPal Onsite.

Hello and thank you you are correct. Sorry for the late answer but Ive been busy.
I unticked the box and now it works as I want it to. I have instant checkout
on all shipping methods.
