Knee jerk reaction; the top right looks like camouflage and LEGO steers clear
of anything military. There is a company out there that does make military sets
though. Can't think of the name of it now, but these could have came from
there.

I took a look at the catalog and could not find any matches. Custom printing
perhaps?
