I don't want to, but I am going through a separation and my other half is
making it extremely difficult for me and our kid to survive. That being said,
if anyone is open to a serious offer, my total store right now is worth $13k.
Lots of different lots, great pieces in great shape.

Typical initial opener for selling a store is 30% of 6 mo BL avg. I’d be interested
in a number near that. What are you realistically looking for? I can pay cash.
