I recently started selling a lot of sets. I am having trouble with finding reasonable
boxes for some sets due to the size of the manual. I have been wanting to keep
the manual flat but that usually ends up in using a box that is much bigger than
needed for the set. Are you guys rolling up the manuals or something to make
them easier to ship?

Boxes are easy to trim down to necessary sizes. It can be quite fun. If the boxes
you have are to large try getting a knife and customizing them. Rolling instructions
in not a good idea

I use Priority mail boxes. They have 2 sizes that work for me for selling sets
with full size manuals. The outer dimensions are roughly 14x12x2 and 15x13x3.
If you wrap the set in bubble wrap and then slide it and the instructions into
the box, the set then holds the instructions upright and flat without causing
any damage. Make sure to put your instructions into a plastic protector like
a sealable bag or page protector.
Priority mail is actually cheaper than Priority flat rate. The best part of using
these boxes? They are free from the USPS store, and they will deliver them right
to your address for free!
