Could it be useful to show a warning when someone tries to change a lot with
an MID of 99?
I mean, they will already have done all the job of filling the form, so it wouldn’t
save them much work… but it could save a little work for the admins… and the
(shouldn’t be awkward but still is) “oops, I didn’t see the note.”
