This part 4506, 775, x106, or 88489 has two variations with/without blind
hole for feather. It looks like the hole either goes completely through the hat
or just part way. Unfortunately, the description, and photos, does not differentiate
which is which. Can someone help me determine what I have? My hat's hole
goes all the way through. Thanks

If it goes all the way through then you have 4506/775/x106. 775 and x106 are
just alternate numbers for

Part No: 4506 Name: Minifigure, Headgear Hat, Forestmen's (Bycocket)
*
4506 Minifigure, Headgear Hat, Forestmen's (Bycocket)
Parts: Minifigure, Headgear

If it doesn't then you have

Part No: 88489 Name: Minifigure, Headgear Hat, Forestmen's (Bycocket) (Reissue with Blind Hole for Feather)
*
88489 Minifigure, Headgear Hat, Forestmen's (Bycocket) (Reissue with Blind Hole for Feather)
Parts: Minifigure, Headgear

4506 is the older version.
