Is anyone having a problem with buyers unable to proceed with ordering due to
a message saying seller has no shipping method available, although our store
does have, as set for domestic shipping 2nd class

You need to add a manual shipping method for items larger or missing dimensions.
You can search your inventory for them and change them to manual invoice.

You really need to take that out of your terms.

If paypal ever cottoned on to this then you would get your account blocked in
an instant!
