Those items still have not shipped and I have sent a message and still no response.
What do I do from here?

What do their store terms say regarding shipping times? I dont see a store with
that name so not sure.

When did you send the message? Their terms do state they can take up to a week
to ship orders, and since you ordered last Saturday, that technically still gives
them one day.
