PayPal message just said due to international conventions, payment declined.
When I Google this, it says that PayPal accepts payments to Ukraine. What do
I try?

If it's a Russian or Belarusian account trying to send something to Ukraine?
I think you'd do best to get in touch with PayPal support as to why it was
declined.

It is a brink link store located in Ukraine which I figure should be good. But
I will try through PayPal support. I would be happy to support someone in ukraine,
not russia.

Hello, my Ukrainian customers have the same problem with PayPal payments. Did
you manage to resolve it? Any info would be helpful
