There's lots of great MOCs out there I would like to help promote.
The terms and conditions lists designer fees which apparently links to Studio.
Looking at studio there's MOCs for Display and ones for sale. But the ones
for sale I looked at didn't seem to have a fee. Unless that was after the
download screen (I didn't go that far).
The MOCs in Studio have an "easy buy" button. It's good as an easy
way to purchase. But other than by pressing the button it's not obvious that
someone near you may have all the parts.
What I would like is a way to indicate in my store that I have all the parts
for a certain MOC. And that I would package them together, even if combined
with other orders in my store.
I see others have listed MOCs as custom items with parts and instructions. This
works well when you are the creator of the MOC and can sell (or give) the instructions
without violating IP.
I think while I could do this with Studio MOCs it's not permitted to do it
with others, such as Rebrickable. That would be a link to an outside site, and
not good.

That sounds just like the old MOC-shop BL used to run, which appeared to be a
complete failure.

IIUC, it required too much work for too low profit on the sellers’ part.
Plus, many MOCs weren’t (still aren’t…) well designed. In particular, they used
rare and/or expensive parts or colours.
AFAIK, BL is still trying to find some way to help people sell & buy MOCs. The
BrickLink Common Palette in Studio is part of that: it contains only widely availaible
cheap parts. It has been used for contests for now and it’s a bit too limited
but it should be expanded.
It still requires work on the designer’s part but it’s easier with Studio’s features
(palette filtering, replace tool, colour validator…).

I mean, not well designed for the purpose of selling / being built by others.
I’m not judging the builds themselves
