| For the last 2 weeks I have not received any email notifications from BrickLink,
these include buyer making a purchase, buyer wanting a quote, buyer has paid
for the order and today BrickLink want me to pay my fees.
The only email I have had was about 4 days ago saying that the design studio
was looking for submissions, all of these emails come from the same email address
blservice@bricklink.com so it’s got nothing to do with yahoo preventing the email
from getting through, it’s got to be an internal issue somewhere, there is nothing
in my spam either as I regularly check that folder. I have not changed any settings
on my profile, store etc
Whilst it’s annoying not knowing whether I have to pick an order, package an
order without logging in to BrickLink every day, I’m sure if I fail to pay my
fees on time because I didn’t get an email notification I would be suspended
without a second thought!!
Anybody else having the same issues?

I have had the same issue for over a year. My email account no longer receives
the original purchase order or a copy of the invoice I send. I do receive promotional
emails from bricklink. This makes no sense to me. I also use a Yahoo (sbcglobal.net)
service.
I have to check my BL account frequently to see new orders and check payment
status of others.

I check my spam folder daily and have never had one from Bricklink in there.
Been 2 weeks now and still not getting any emails from here.

I check my spam folder daily

Don't even bother!
Nowadays, e-mails are rejected and the user doesn't know about this.
They don't appear in ANY box.

One temporary solution on your side would be to find another e-mail provider
which is less strict and rejects less.
Avoid the big ones (gmail, microsoft, yahoo...) - which are also not very cool
with our data.

Ok, I have just tested the email, my registered email address on here is a domain
that I pay for which forwards all emails to my yahoo account, I have just logged
into my domain hosting site and changed the forwarding email address to my gmail
one and sent myself a message. gmail received the message even though it thought
it was spam.
I don't want to use the gmail account as I don't log into it at all it's
just there as I have an android phone.
Is there any settings in yahoo I can change to get the emails, preferably in
simple terms as I do not understand any of the SPF, DKIM or DMARC jargon.

As said, you could avoid the big data companies.
Infomaniak in Switzerland provides a free e-mail service.
Told you about gmx. There are others. Plus the ones you pay (it's often cheap).

No those are the e-mail SENDER settings to be changed/tuned (in short, BrickLink
here).
You can't - I mean you could, but it's another story, and it won't
change the fact you don't receive e-mails sent to you.
You can't do anything, apart, as said - not use big companies e-mail, and
find a more tolerant e-mail provider.

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are verification protocols -- you can't do anything
on your end to add the verification strings to emails, they have to be added
("signed" by the sender.

I have the same problem with gmail, but at least they show up in the spam folder
there. I've tried adding blservice@bricklink to my contacts, marked all
the messages as not spam, bu they still go to spam. Very annoying.

| this happened to me a couple years back. It randomly fixed itself after a few
days
