| On the fees page, it says 3% of order total, does this include tax or just the
pre-tax amount?
Also do I have to pay any fees for buyers using credit cards and paypal?
Finally, I have some new minifigs I plan on selling, what is the most efficient
method with tracking to ship out minifigs in the US using usps?

No, not to BL. But yes to paypal and it is on the full payment amount including
tax and shipping costs.

They're pretty similar. Both PayPal and Stripe used to be 2.9% + $0.30 per
transaction. PayPal recently raised their fees to 3.49% + $0.49 but it looks
like Stripe is still the same as before. But I would still recommend accepting
PayPal since so many buyers and sellers on BrickLink use it.
Note that there may be additional fees for international transactions or currency
conversions.

Stripe is the same as before BUT if you want seller protection akin to what PayPal
offers then I think the fee goes up to be more or less the same as PayPal's
current fee.

BrickLink fees are calculated on the total of the items only, not including any
tax, shipping, or additional fees.

Yes, there are fees for PayPal and Stripe (credit cards).

First class mail using a small cardboard box or bubble mailer.
