I would like to suggest a sub section for a sets inventory page, one that shows
the exclusive parts to the set, as I think this will help many people when looking
to rebuild models and is also a way of seeing what parts are exclusive to what
sets. I desperately need this feature to help with rebuilding sets, and specifically
to make sets out of other parts that are already in my collection. I'm aware
that a way to do this already exists (go to a specific part and look up what
sets it comes in), but I feel like this will be an easier and quicker solution
and will help people a lot to discover what parts are needed. This could also
be expanded to exclusive minifigures, and who doesn't love exclusive parts?
thanks,
-INMB

You can search for sets that have certain parts here.

I think I understand what the OP is saying and it's not quite this. He's
asking if a set's inventory can show the parts that are exclusive to the
set. For example click on

Set No: 10497 Name: Galaxy Explorer
*
10497-1 (Inv) Galaxy Explorer
1219 Parts, 5 Minifigures, 2022
Sets: Space: Classic Space

and you would see that

Part No: 3009pb244 Name: Brick 1 x 6 with White 'LL 928' Pattern
*
3009pb244 Brick 1 x 6 with White 'LL 928' Pattern
Parts: Brick, Decorated

only appears in this set and nowhere else. (Of course there could be other parts
as well.)

It kinda works on brickset. On any set inventory page, do a text search for ‘In
1 set’ and see what you get. I use this to scan for new stuff when creating our
set inventories.

However, not all unique parts appear there, there will be duplicates from Lego
changing their part codes, and sometimes the data for older sets disappears.

It would be a great feature!!

There are also links at the top of inventory pages to show just unique parts,
or rare parts (in 5 of fewer sets)
