| Hello. This is my first post. Be patient with me.
I would like to be able to mark a set as in my inventory. I would like to mark
individual bricks as in my inventory. I would like to go to a random set and
then this site lets me know if I have enough pieces in my inventory to build
that set.
(this is implemented on Peeron but not here, from what I can see)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think what you are describing is closer
to the functionality of rebrickable.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think what you are describing is closer
to the functionality of rebrickable.

Brickset is closer to what the OP wants if I'm not mistaken, although Rebrickable
does offer some of the reuired features I don't think it enables you to store
your sets like Brickset (I most definitely could be wrong though).

I don't think anyone would want Brickset though, it's a site with tons
of advertisements and content taking only the 20/30% of the screen space... One
of the rare web sites that have ridiculous video ads too...

Yes, but all you have to do is log in and it all goes away.
