I could be wrong but it looks like the promo minifigure from Rome with colesseum
is not listed. It can be found as a custom item but that is all I can find.
To clarify not the chariot with figure, the other similar gladiator figure.

Hi,
I’m following up on this message regarding the gladiator figure (not the one
with the chariot). It still hasn’t been listed on BrickLink - is there a particular
reason for that?

Things are added by volunteers, if no one has one and wants to add it then it
won’t ever be added

Can I add it? Or is it not possible to add just 1 set/polybag?

Thank you so much for the information and your help! I’ll need to give it some
more thought before deciding to sell it, as I was just curious about the price.
If I do choose to sell it, I’ll upload it right away and add it to the catalog.

Aren't all the parts common? If so, the figure won't be worth much. The
value will be in the sealed packaging.

Can you give more information about the figure?
Hi,
Yes, of course! We’re referring to the LEGO Gladiator figure, which was released
on November 15, 2020. This figure was an exclusive gift (with the purchase of
the Colosseum 10276?) at the certified LEGO store in Rome. Only 3,000 were distributed,
making it rare.
Here’s a picture I found online, along with one of my own:
