In the color selection, "Known" refers to set inventory, while "Popular" refers
to existing store listings, and "All" combines both.
You can see a couple stores sell the black version, maybe a counterpart is missing
from the relevant set but it requires someone to inventory a new set with the
same part.

It is ikely to be sellers incorrectly identifying them. They probably found something
that looks similar (9 vs 7 tooth), searched decorated versions and stuck with
what they found.
