I saw the inventory for Technic set 42125 as pending a week or so ago and now
it is back to N/A...how does that happen?

It could happen if someone reserves the inventory and then does not submit it
within 3 days.

In rare cases, an inventory admin may delete a pending inventory because the
submitter cannot complete it or they don't have the set in hand. (This is
required now for newer sets.)

Sets that were released less than a year ago *must* be inventoried from a sealed
set. In this case, someone submitted the inventory who did not actually have
the set. Once it was communicated that they did not have the set, the pending
inventory was deleted so that someone else who actually has the set can have
a chance to submit the inventory.

Cheers,
Randy
