I appreciate the intent of this suggestion, but I fear that having this sub-condition
will only encourage some sellers to try to sell more broken, junk parts. And
that wouldn't be good for buyers either.

Define "Broken" - There is a vast difference between a Classic Space helmet
with a cracked chinstrap (or other parts with age-related damage, such as old
torsos), and bricks that look partially-eaten.

Used condition is subjective enough as it is. Selling parts in bad shape will
keep a seller very busy responding to irate buyers, NNS claims and PayPal cases.

I sell broken parts by the pound on ebay, with good pictures and descriptions.
I don't know what people use them for, but they sell (slowly).
