So, I finally found a store that sells what I need for the Tallneck model, you
know, the Wayne de Beer one. But I noticed it urged me to get a completely different
dish. Apparently, the 9x9 radar dish with pin hole doesn't exist in white?
Is that really true? Because clearly the Bricklink stock photo shows a white
one?

We have a photo of this part in white, so we know it exists:

Yes it really exists, but only in printed form. The white one you see is a unprinted
part, as the white version is the base part for the Captain America shield CCBS
figure.
Some unprinted escaped in the wild, thus this picture.
