In several of my sets (both 6401 as well as 6409) I've fount the variety par009a in stead of par009. From some set I'm sure that parts weren't mixed up.

I have a new set 6409 and both figures (par016 and par009) have closed mouths.

I have a new set 6409 and both figures (par016 and par009) have closed mouths.

A new in-set variant minifigure (par016a) would need to be added to the catalog
to ensure this gets recognized in the set.
