Personal collection.
This reply is not just for this set, but also for the other ones you submitted.
Some older sets had their inventories changed to bricks without inside supports
because they were certain to have been produced before the change. But that doesn't
necessarily mean that all later sets are guaranteed to have come with bricks
with inside supports. Personally I'd be inclined to just change to bricks
without inside support unless we find evidence that the bricks with inside support
ever came in these sets.
For this set I just checked the one in my personal collection and found that
I also have 3003old, but my 3002 does have the inside supports. For the other
requests you subnitted I also have some of them in my personal collection that
were bought new and never mixed with parts from other sets. So I'll also
check those.

Okay, I’ll recheck my requests to know if I asked for alternates as a cautious
move or if I did have both versions.

Done:
“No variants with supports in my model” means the parts I asked to move as alternates
can be deleted instead.

No variants with supports except maybe 1 black 2x2 3003.
