| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Delete 1 Set 8887-1 Power Functions Transformer 10VDC

Since many years LEGO does not include the 8887 Power Functions Transformer anymore in the 45544 set (and in several other sets where it was included before). LEGO explained that this is part of their planet promise, since they noticed that schools and other educational clients often had too many transformers for their needs.

What did they replace the transformer with?

Since the set originally did include the transformer, it needs to remain in the
set inventory. Normally I would add a note to the inventory that it was not included
in later production runs of the set, but the set already has the note included
towards the bottom of the inventory page. 
"Sets from the European market will likely not include the power transformer."
This request will not be accepted.
